Custom means these motorcycle posters are not mass produced.
My hand drawn posters are portraits of a living breathing motorcycles.
It could be a priceless award winning example of motorcycle innovation
and history or an everyday pride and joy, motorcycles have stories to tell.
I love a motorcycle that looks like it has been somewhere. There is a
place for a masterpiece of motorcycle restoration in a glass case for
sure but give me the restored classic heading down the road any day.
Get the wheels dirty I say.

It takes many weeks of careful study of angle, colour, light and atmoshpere
to bring the soul of the machine to life. For me the heart of the motorcycle
is the engine, so the engines are heavily featured in my illustrations.
The motor is the starting point for my drawings, get this part right and
the rest seems to follow. Vinatge and classic motorcycles from the golden
age of motorcyling are my favourites. As a kid my first ride was on the
back of a BSA Lightning, an experience I remember like it was yesterday.
Motorcycles from the early days of motorcycling are a feast for the eyes.
The working bits are there for all to see. They are also the motorcycles
I grew up with. These motorcycles are fun to ride slow and in these
days of too many tin tops this is important...and it is more fun to ride
a slow bike fast anyway. As kids we rode worn out Bsa Bantams,
Kawasaki 100s, Jawas, Royal Enfields and Cossacks while we
hankered for Norton Commandos, BMW 900s and Honda CB750s.

The classic motorcycles of our dreams are depicted here.
Finally I can make my motorcycle dreams come true...well sort of.
